Kappa was created in inspiration from the saying and original meaning of the Phoenician letter kaph (or kāp), “palm of a hand”. In order to achieve our individual goals and dreams, we must work hard for it. Therefore, our future is in our own hands. 

At Kappa, I hope that all youth of all ages are able to attend and feel that we are helping them to shape their dreams. Kappa is not a place that makes dreams come true but a place that helps the youth work hard to make their dreams real life.
